  Excellent food and wonderful service today in Palatka. We enjoyed the lunch special!  Sushi rolls, ginger salad, green tea only 7.95

  I really like this place. It's definitely one of the nicer/cleaner restaurants in palatka. The sushi is always fresh and taste great. The place always looks very clean. Service is quick. The hibachi is decent, although their hibachi shrimp is different. It's almost like there is a weird breading on it or something. I'm not a fan. But everything else is good. They serve a small selection of wine & beer also.

  Some of the best tasting sushi I've had! This place is tucked away in a small shopping center by the Winn-Dixie, I probably wouldn't notice it if it wasn't pointed out to me.
  
  They have a sushi bar where you can sit and table where Can order kitchen entrees as well as sushi. We've come a couple times and we usually sit at a regular table with a server. Staff is always really nice and attentive.
  
  We always get the vegetable gyoza and a couple rolls of sushi. Sushi always has really good flavor and taste very fresh. The vegetable gyoza is decent but I've had better. The sushi menu has options for simple fish rules as well as options for more intricate rolls with different flavors. This last time I got the spicy girl roll. It had salmon, tuna, and yellowtail and was full of flavor, but a little bit messy to eat. I also got the spicy tuna roll and my boyfriend got the yellowtail scallion roll both of which were very great.
  
  This is definitely a good option for those who want something light to eat or are craving some good Asian food. I'm happy we found this place!

  We were on our way back to Jax coming up US17 and knew we need to eat somewhere before it got too late. Rolling thru Palatka, I pulled up the Yelp app and found this place. The carload agreed on sushi/habachi and we pulled over.
  
  The sign out front stated that they had recently redone their menu but not being from there I wasn't sure what that meant but I was curious. The Yelp photos looked pretty good so I figured we'd be in for a treat. The inside was nice and clean with the Alabama/Auburn game on a tv in the back of the restaurant. Not many folks dining in but I only saw that as a plus, meaning we'd get our food faster.
  
  Well, we did wait at least 10 minutes to get our drink order in. The hostess sat us down and our server was doing the best she could with multiple tables. I thought I had overheard her saying that there was a problem in the back with orders to one table, but that maybe have just been their order which was backing up everyone else's.
  
  I went for 4 sushi rolls:
  Caribbean - shrimp tempura, grilled banana, spicy tuna, crushed peanut in wasabi sauce
  
  Profisher - Fresh tuna, salmon, yellowtail, avocado, and tobiko in soy paper
  
  Bermuda Triangle - Spicy king crab, octopus, crunch and avocado with red tobiko, sweet chili dressing
  
  Tiger - Eel, krabmeat, cucumber inside topped with fried banana, avocado, and mango sauce
  
  All 4 of the rolls were phenomenal but the Tiger and Caribbean rolls really stood out for me because of the bananas incorporated in it. That mix of sweet, fruity, savory and the sea is something I'll always try to actively seek out. Amazing.
  
  My friend and her father had the Pad Thai and the Hibachi Red Snapper. I got to taste both and they were excellent.
  
  I also got to taste a krab tempura roll on the house and while I'm not a huge fan of krab, it was still warm and delish.
  
  I'm glad we found this place and great meal here. If we're ever travelling through again, we will definitely consider coming back.

  Love this place! Probably one of the best restaurants in Palatka. Great lunch specials! I do pick up orders all the time and they have never messed up an order. Food is fresh and flavorful! My favorites are the caterpillar roll and the tuna avocado salad.
